Will somebody at HP please respond to my request for a refund, the service I received was "guaranteed" to fix my problem however it did not. As a result, I took the printer that was not working on my desk top to work and found that it ran perfectly with XP, so much for the guaranteed fix for Vista. perhaps HP techs should learn a bit more about Microsoft compatibility issues and how to repair them for specific peripherals before charging for services.
I WANT A REFUND, THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING REQUEST SINCE MARCH 2010!!!! No action
