HP Order taking forever to process

HP Omen 15t

I ordered my Omen Gaming  Laptop 15t on May 25, 2019. It is currently May 29, and my order status still says "processing" even though I ordered it 4 days ago and it already charged out of my card. Just wondering how long it's gonna take for my order status to update. By the way, sorry for posting in this part of the forum, had no idea where else to put it.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
