That I am aware:

The only HP Support service that charges a monthly subscription fee is "SmartFriends".

That said, you would be aware if you have SmartFriends service - it is something you to which you must subscribe.

 

Could be you are subscribed to a Not-HP service, of course - there are certainly a number of them out there...

Select Region (top right) > Enter your product number in the form to view available Warranty plans for your device
