HP Recommended

I Purchased Pavilion DV-5 In July,2009 Since then It is having Overheating Problem & it;s Get Off  , I Twice Reported this Problem In Service Centre & Third Time  on Sep,2010 ( After  Warranty Over) they have Promptly  Quoted me for the Same &   I Informed  them to Go Ahead .......

[text removed for privacy]

Same Problem Again & Again that Means Either They Have Not Address In Warranty Period  or It;s Must Be Mfg/Design Defect.

Now HP  Should  Guide me  in this Situation............. What I Do if the Problem Occurs Again ?

I Hope HP have Experties to Solve  this Small  Problem  very Soon .........
