I own an HP Pavilion x360. I have had this device for a little over a year now and it has been working great for me. Within the last week, I noticed that when I open and close the laptop, the bottom left corner of my screen seems to be popping out of place. I looked online to see if anyone else had this problem and I saw multiple pictures where the screen popped out completely and was cracked as a result. I have never dropped my device and it has never received harsh punishment. It sits on my desk 99% of the time and even when I move from one place to another I carry it in a case. I was hoping that someone has found a fix for this that will prevent the screen from popping out because I NEED this laptop to get me through school and I can't afford to spend hundreds of dollars on a repair.
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer. or HPO chat support Team.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Have a great day!
