Hi!
I have been trying to solve a no linear system of equations with my HP Prime recenty, I have never had any problems while doinG this in previous experiences, But suddenly, when I try to solve it, either in the CAS with the funcion fsolve() or in the Solver APP, when I press solve a big blue message pops in and the calculator resets,
The message is "Your hp prime has a problem and it will reboot in 3 seconds"
I can do nothing to solve this problem, and I have already searched information online but i could not find a clear solution.
The calculator specifications are the following:
Software version: 2.2.14603 (2021 12 02)
Hardware version: D
CAS version: 1.5.0
Thank you!
Operating System: V2.060.650

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Prime Graphing Calculator.
To reset to nearly factory settings.
Take a WORKING, turned ON unit. Press ON+Apps+Esc simultaneously. Release all...
This should do it. The only thing not reseted here will be the calculator name and the default language...
Please do not go in the CFO menu unless instructed by HP support.
booting the unit with backspace pressed will normally boot ignoring existing files, which might allow you to recover from 1 or 2 bad files in the system.
While resetting, just hold down F,C and O.
To add to this, after holding down F, C, and O (during the warmstart obtained from pressing ON+SYMB) you will be given a menu. Press 4 (FLS Utility), and then press 3 (Format Disk C). This clears out the flash. Once finished, press ESC to back out into the main menu. From there press 9 (RESET) or you can alternatively press ON+SYMB
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
