HP ProBook Rotation Breaking Plastic shield

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The plastic backing has the screws ripped off the boss because the rotational portion of the screen seized. Has anyone seen this before? I can't even get a person from HP to call me. This laptop literally is over a year old and just past warranty.
