HP Notebook 15-DA1036TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought a brand new laptop but after 5 months, monitor started blinking. Decided to bring the unit to one of the service centers last January 2020.

 

Almost a year now but I still haven't got my laptop back. Service Center Manager told me that my unit was missing and got no assurance that I could still get back my laptop. So frustrating. 

 

Who should be liable now? Should it be HP or the 3rd party Service Center? Thanks.
