I just viewed a video from one of our U.S. soldiers who is fighting in Iraq, and he explains how he called HP Tech Support from Iraq and how HP Tech Support wanted to charge him money (on the battlefield) to tell him how to fix his HP 5510 AIO unit that was broken.  It is utterly amazing to hear that a U.S. Corporation would treat one of our troops is such a despicable fashion.  The entire management hierarchy of HP should be compelled to apologize to this soldier.  This is an utter disgrace.  I would have attached a copy of the video to this posting, but there is no provision for embedding videos into these posts.  I hope the person who asked the soldier for money rots in hell!
