HP Spectre360 13t Custom order

I ordered a HP Spectre 360 on January 18 2021, the order was confirmed quickly, but since then, there has been absolutely no change whatsoever in my order status. I know that there can be delays or even quicker deliveries, but the order stats page just does not show anything helpful to my order. the estimated delivery date is February 19, and it is estimated to ship in 6 days, on February 15, but since it has not even assembled yet, I dont even know where my laptop is, or if it is even being processed yet.
I am trying get any feedback from any custom order buyers about this or to reach a live agent to speak to since there is absolutely no help, and the only thing I have received is to check the order status page, again, that brings me back to the beginning.
