This feedback isnt specific to one call. It refers to my overall experience. I have made several calls to HP in the past few years. They all have gone the same way. Ultimately I have been successful in getting my issues resolved, however the journey to resolution has been dreadful.
My main two concerns are in regards to communication. I think the first problem has to do with the language barrier. Your technicians have a thick accent that is very difficult to understand. Technical support needs to be efficient. It is difficult to be efficient without clear communication.
My second concern is with the difficulty I have in conveying my issue to the technician. I routinely need to repeat information and instructions several times per call. Also, the technicians ask for information that seems irrelevant.
