HP Recommended

today i trying to get my software fix, by going to "Order Recovery Media CD/DVD/USB". After that page show up it show things I need to order it.

DVD - Windows 8 64b (Dual Language) + Supp 1 Recovery Kit

System Recovery Kit for Consumer Notebook (3 Discs)

But my problem is on that site for order the product, it need my "Serial Number" but on that page I can't type my Serial Number cause it won't let me type in other part for information like name,last name,address, post code those I can type in but not the Serial Number?

 

So can't go to next page to conflim my pay billing and shipping it in, I really need that Windows 8 since my laptop can't Operating any other windows and no other location where I am can buy Windows 8, thats why Im here trying to order that product.

 

Please help me!!!!
