HP Support sucks

HP Recommended

I have a new HP notebook and after a couple of months the touchpad doesn't work at all.  I have removed the driver and re-installed it with no luck.  The support knowledge center provides no help and on top of everything else now it is freezing up....

 

Not happy in VA....

 

Someone asks me tonight if I was happy with the notebook... I recommended that they get an Apple...  wish that I had followed my own recommendation several months ago...
