I had a problem getting my printer back online after I got a new router. I contacted Support and was helped. But afterwards I was sold an internet security program; the guy wouldn't get off the phone or finish helping me until I bought the program. I have since learned that it was a scam. Why is this connected to HP? Is there truly a HPSupport?
I cancelled the purchase but something similar happened to my friend. The name of the company was DigitalDrive365.
