HP Technical Support is a joke

I have a Windows 7 Compac Presario.  Started having issues about a month ago.  Still have not gotten a single thing

accomplished with numerous calls totalling 10 hrs at least on the phone.  I have done every single recommendation and I still have the same problem but it is worse now.  This computer is 10 months old.   The will not send a box to ship it to be fixed and keep having me do these stupid procedures and it does not fix anything.  I have in one conversation given the tech my email address 10 times maybe more.  What are they doing that they have to keep asking the same thing over and over.  I am talking to people in India.  I bought this computer in the USA.  I have a warrenty and bought an extended warrenty and I can not get HP to fix this computer.  Every tech thinks he knows what the problem is and each one has failed.  To say this is beyond aggrevating is an understatement.  What kind of company does this to its customers?????

We have done online tech support and over the phone and all has been met with no resolution and just more aggrevation.

This is my 3rd HP and will be my last.  I will never purchase another product where you can not make a complaint or talk to someone who actually lives in the USA.  This is the last straw.  I am now waiting for a recovery disc or something that I'

know is not going to resolve this issue.  Just another couple of wks wasted.  I am glad I do not have to use my computer

to survive.  I would be dead by now.
