I’ve recently bought a HP tilt pen for my HP Spectre x360. The pen connects via bluetooth & the top button brings up the option to snip images (i have to use my finger to acc do it though) however the pen doesn’t let me draw at all, can someone please help

@Ahmed62

Product introduced early October 2015

Unfortunately,

I cannot find any evidence that indicates this model supports an active stylus.

thanks for such a speedy reply. i find it odd you say that considering my screen is touch screen & within my windows settings there’s a ‘pen & windows ink’ setting for setting up a pen. Are you sure that my pen doesn’t work with the laptop?

is there anything i can do to make the pen compatible with my laptop. if not, is there any alternatives i can do to draw on my laptop. id assume the point of it being a 2 in 1 laptop would be to draw on it also

I do not have an answer that will satisfy you.

In so much that I can find, this notebook model is not compatible with any HP stylus.

The Pen and Windows ink category is not an indicator.

Settings > Devices > Pen and Windows Ink

This Windows category is available on Windows versions starting with Windows Anniversary.

For example, the category is available on my four year old Zbook - Zbook does not have a touch screen.
