I'm new to the group.  Trying to figure out my laptop problem on my own.  HA!  This is where I found this group, hoping you can help me.

When my HP Update (blue) box appears on my HPDV9000 (Pavilion) laptop, it doesn't give me the option to click update now.  The words are cut off for some reason.

It says:  An update is available. Would yo

like to download and install thi

   update now?

And that's it.  I used to be able to click the 'yes' box & now I can't because I can't see it.  How do I get updates?

Thanks for your help.

~~Robin

Hi Robin,

I see you've found the right place to post so I'm going to go ahead and lock this thread. Your other one is here:

HP Updates

No worries, we were all newbies here once. 🙂
