HP Wireless Keyboard and Mouse 200 - Keyboard is not working

Hi All,

 

I have HP Wireless Keyboard and Mouse 200 , I connetced in to the USB 3.0 Port,and other 2.0 ports.

 

The Question is,    The mouse is working with usb 3.0 port but the keyboard is not working.

When i press the connect (blue button) for 10 seconds, the battery light indiaction shows blinking red light.

 

But i can work with the keyboard,Can anybody make a solution for the toubleshoot. Appreciated

Does this mean the keyboard and the mouse both work fine on the USB 2.0 port? 

And Also, Did you check if the keyboard works on alternate USB ports? If you have more than one USB 3.0 port.

 

While you respond to that, I suggest you update the BIOS and Chipset drivers using the HP website: Click here
