The faster method - and much more direct - is to contact the HP Store and talk to Sales where the order was placed.

 

  Store/HP.com USA Sales

  Not your HP store?  Scroll to the bottom of the website and click the Flag to change regions.

At this writing, the USA store posts its contact number on the website.

 

That said,
