I followed the entire registration process and now I have to configure my case management profile settings. The problem is that the dropdown menu’s for display language, time zone, country, etc. are not working. On the top of this page I can also see “User Is Deactivated”.
By now you would think that this problem has already been solved but it still occurs. There should be a way to fix it ourself since trying to get in contact with HP support takes time: searching for their e-mail + waiting for an answer. I've sent one but I didn't find this e-mail on this website. I got it from another forum thread.
