I purchased a computer for a customer in March 2009. the hard drive failed and replaced the hard drive to get my customer back up. Yje computer was supposed to be covered for a year but all I get from HP is that I have perform more tests. All my tests idicate a bad hard drive and testing from HP bios tests is a failed drive. I have called 5 times and to get a new hard drive and now HP needs my credit card. HP wont even give me the address where to send the defective hard drive. SHould be simple to send in the hard drive and HP can test and see its bad and then send out a repalcement. HP refuses to honor their warranty.
