Product: HP DeskJet 3634 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP help redirected me to US Repairs LLC which turned out to be a scammer.  Some members report talking to a Kevin, but my calls involved two individuals named Mia and Chris.  They showed me computer errors being caused by a Trojan Horse, and then proceeded to “fix” all the problems which were causing my printer to not be connected to the internet.  They offered anti-virus software to protect my computer, but were very vague about all of it.  They resorted to becoming high pressure at which time I ended communication with them.
