WHAT A JOKE---I tried several times to get a very simple answer to a small problem and could not believe the run around I got--If this is the way HP wants to conduct their business--I am afraid that they are going to loose a LOT of  customers ,not to mention  possible new customers  Some one in this company needs to really take a look at how they conduct business--There sure is a lot of room for improvement
