HP is not answering my Emails

Hello everyone,


I will make this short. 


I've ordered a customized 15T Laptop. paid for and waiting for the shipment to arrive.


My question/concern is that the laptop is being customized and built in Kunshan, China and now its in Shanghai , china on its way to the US.


How safe to receive this laptop and do HP take measurement and safety to make sure that there is no contamination? Specially of what's going on with COVID-19.
