I am writing this message in frustration of lack of any service or contact to HP.

 

I placed an order on June 22, 2020 HP Spectre x360 laptop + 3 years of service include damage protection. It was scheduled to arrive by July 24, 2020.

On July 25, 2020 I received an email telling the order was delayed and will be shipped out July 31, 2020.

I took contact to HP by the webpage to request if there could prioritize this order, make a faster shipping than the standard. I would need the laptop by August 1, 2020 for my study.

The answer was, there was some problem with their supply chains. An answer that was not helpful or relevant to me. Basically a standard non-commitmental answer.

On July 31, 2020 I used online chat with customer service to check up on my order, since the webpage didn’t give any update. They couldn’t give me any information about the order other old information, and I requested to speak to a manager or supervisor, but I was told to call HP. I did and after 2-3 hours on hold I gave up.

I checked the status on my order before submitting this message. NO UPDATE from HP since July 30, 2020.

Now I am standing in a situation without any Laptop, NO MONEY to buy another laptop in a store.

HP you have put me in an extremely difficult situation. Basically, it calls STEALING when you keep people’s product there buy. It’s called NO SERVICE when you don’t give any answer to your customers order or try to be helpful.

 

I would not recommend other buy from you, and I would remember how I was treated, if my professional way should cross HP.

 

If HP like to get in touch with me I would of course provide order number, full name to  them.

@NO_laptop I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

 

Please look for a private message requesting additional information. 

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).

First thanks Riddle Decipher for trying help out.

So, I got an answer from HP. There has delayed the shipping to August 21, 2020. That are 2 months after the order was place and 1 month after promise delivery. I assume I also will lose 2 months of warranty on that deal.

HP you know already when order was place, that you couldn’t fulfill you own part of the contract. You withhold the information each time I was in contact with you. I’m sure I’m not the only student that end up in my situation.

 

The way HP run the business are unethical and just because I’m a student does not give HP right do it.
