I gave my Pavilion notebook PC to get fixed on 4 april 2011 and its been 3 weeks they havent sent it back. When I called at support they are giving me run arounds and putting it on staples that talk to them. The staples says talk to HP so I am lost, no one is helping me. Its a new notebook PC, I bought it on 15 dec 2010 and with in 3 months its having troubles. I am really regret to say that this is worst ever eperience and I should have not ever bought HP. I have all the documents i.e. the bill, receipt from staples and shipping information from staples. If HP has lost my laptop they should better reply back. I am tired of running around.
Please get back to me as soon as possible. AND please no more run arounds..
