HP PAVILION 15T-CS200
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ufff!! First I would to relax myself a bit. 

 

I bought a HP pavilion 15t cs200 laptop and since the day I bought there was noise. I ignored as because of sleek design it comes. Over a period of time, the noise becomes horrible to work. I raised a complaint and explained the issues and repair order registered. On the first repair service, they changed the fan and some vent. And eventually they did not check noise is coming or not. I received and checked it was loud noise and **bleep** slow. The repair procedure is one of the worst. They don't even listen to what we say, days to reply for your mail and problem with UPS parcel service. After mails, calls and multiple discussions they accepted still issues persists and agreed for second repair. I gave the laptop to repair center for the second time.  they just reinstalled the OS and sent it back. I did a run of my laptop whole day today, it just making noise like old car engine eventhough not even one application opened. I am really fed-up and tired of all the services. After all , my problem is not solved yet . I don't know who else to approach? I really wanna escalate about this procedure and product . My opinion about HP completely changed and this is how you make a product exaggerating outlook.
