Does HP actually have people who work for HP reading the forum posts? It seems like there is initial response from
"HP Experts" but if the posts continue they disappear. Example is the problems with graphics from the windows 10 upgrade. Intel HD 4600 Graphics driver stopped responding and recovered after Windows 10 1511 upgrade

But two things are very important:
Unless specifically identified by HP management, HP employees and affiliates who participate in the forum do so on a volunteer only basis. Such volunteer participants are not compensated for their work nor is their participation considered in the context of HP performance management.
HP Experts are users like yourself. The Expert program is open to everyone (including HP Employees), you too can become an expert, here is a link to more infomation.
