HP - you simply never suprise me with giving me the wrong advise

Yes, I to fell prey to the HP tech gurus which resulted in me purchasing tech support services from HP because my PC(a little over a year old) started to act up and began to show scewed images during the reboot process until it simply would not boot. I went through 10 technicians, yes 10, and received the same advise. They all instructed me to perform a system recovery. The first two times the recovery was done with the internal recovery installed but it did not work. The 3rd technicain instructed me to purchase the recovery CD's from HP. I did and 3 days later I received the wrong CD's(meant for windows vista home premium) for the recovery process. I called HP again to get some answers as to why this happened, and a HP tech rep instucted me that I will receive new CD's the next day. I installed the new CD's and called HP for some support regarding the recovery process using the CD's. Again the recovery was not complete and the technicain instructed me t wait at least 12hrs for the process to complete. Twenty fours later, and no change I called the tech support people again for advise. This 4th technican instructed me to perform the recovery again and to call back after 4 hrs. The recovery was unsucessful again. Called again, another technicain told me the issue might be with my monitors.....are you kidding me! The technician kept me on the phone for 2hrs investingating the monitor issue and then she was convinved herself that it may not be the monitors. I had to let her go for obvious reason.Technicain 6, 7, and 8 requested that I perform a recovery AGAIN! Here's the kicker. The 9th technician advised me to purchase a new PC for about $1200, my original PC which is less than two years old cost $2000. I could not believe this technician, she even mentioned that she was giving me a special discount because of all the troubles I was experiencing but then after reviewing the specs of the new PC the discount was available to the public. It gets better. The 10th technician or should I say the 9th technician's supervisor, Aruna, asked me to perform another recovery with the CD's. I asked her if there was someone I could talk to about filing a complaint ans this Aruna said that HP does not have a "Customer complaint office".  This person by the name of Aruna said that I will be refunded for purchasing the call support service but it has been 4 days and I have yet to see my refund into my account. Now I am awaiting the box from HP in order to send my PC back for repair for an estimated +$200. I was currently talking to a technician on line by the name of Sachin B in order to find out if there may have been an issue with the recovery CD's but the technician closed me out of the discussion. Again I had to log in to the HP support chat on line and Again I am explaining the issue and again the technician had asked me to perform a recovery .  TO BE CONTINUED............................................................................................................................
