Held in TN for custom issues over a week

HP 15 Laptop PC

Ordered a laptop on November 27th, it shipped a few days after, reached Memphis TN over a week ago and it's still there today 12/20/2020. Tried calling, emailing, chatting and NOTHING. No movement, no response, no help. This is by the far the worst order I have ever placed. And to think this is a reputable company?? The customer service is terrible and I can only hope the product, itself, isn't as bad. This is ridiculous!! My laptop should have been here weeks ago even with delays. If I would have thought this would be the outcome, I would have just spent the extra money and bought a laptop from Best Buy. I am so disappointed in HP. Where the heyll is my laptop!!??? Oh and yes, I emailed that
