Hello HP Support Team,

I had made EMI transaction to purchase laptop on 31st Dec 2022. There was an active offer between SBI bank credit card and HP. As per the offer Cashback was supposed to be credited within 90 days of purchase.

But even after 90+ days, I haven't received Cashback amount. And i already raise this issue on your customer support and SBI also but till now my issue not resolve. Today i submitted 5th EMI. Next month last EMI. What can i do. Can go consumer form or something else. I can't understand.

 

Kindly raise a complaint to concerned hp Department in this regards.
