Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had a laptop that has been sent of to be repaired multiple times and is still not working. Had has issues for more than the first year of use that never been resolved. Have received bad customer service and have filled a dispute about the warranty before this and had no reply.

 

Please help
