In July 2009 I purchased 2 HP Slimline computers (s5150t) from HP.com. One came with a broken USB port on the front (it does not work and the plastic piece inside of it flexes as if it is broken). I have now been talking to an incompetent tech support person about the issue for 93 minutes - and counting ... I have explained the situation to her numerous times and she still doesn't understand. I asked to speak with someone else (a supervisor or level 2 tech) about the matter 25 minutes ago. Although she said that she would comply with my request, I have been on hold ever since.
If you are are considering purchasing an HP product, I highly advise that you reconsider. I had planned to purchase another HP system and an all-in-one laser printer next week. It will NOT happen.
