Hi VolkmarS,

I'm sorry but, there's no way to remove/erase your forum account.  If you don't wish to continue on the forum, you may just stop posting.

The only thing we can do is ban your account from using the community, but your account  and posts would not be deleted.

Thanks,

SunshineF

Submit name and address and tell them you work for the administration. An unmarked black SUV will arrive within a forthnight, and 2 men dressed as Democrats will hand deliver your account cancellation.

PS: tell them to slip the cancellation notice under the door.

Good luck and "Semper Printers"

Hi SunshineF

I will stop posting a.s.o. because after my experience re the Support via OCATeam@hp.com and the German Support it is absolutely sure that I don`t buy any products from HP for the next 100 years!

I hope that a lot of other customers will start to think in the same way.

It is unbeleaveable and my notebook 62 (10 month old) is disposed of in the coming days the electric waste before we get angry with HP Products here even further!

Many thanks for attention

its just lame that we cant have our accounts removed at all. what i would like to see is that there is a way for members to have their account deleted if they want to.

I came online to cancel my account. Hell, I can't even get the stupid email from a year OLD question to stop! Here is my solution: Dear HP, I no longer wish to receive any emails from this forum, HP Corp. for any reason. [Edit: Discussion of legal issues is a violation of community guidelines] Have I made myself CLEAR?
