Original Username JeffPGMT printer was OfficeJet now retired after my daughter fixed it good and it no longer printed...
When I tried to get back for new printer HP Envy Pro, I was not able to use JeffPGMT and instead changed to JeffPAHF (current company moniker, whereas print GMT is my preferred suffix)

How can I recover my original Forum User Name?
