I want to cancel my HP care pack but I am not having any luck being able to talk to someone at HP about my options or how much I would get back as a pro-rata refund. The Terms and Conditions tell me to write a letter to 1501 Page Mill Road, Palo Alto, CA 94304. Seriously? Is there a phone number I can call to to talk to someone first?
Tech Support transferred me to the HP Care Pack Registration line and the rep told me that I cannot cancel my care pack after 30 days. That is simply not true and he hung up on me! I called  (listed on your website as the phone number for the Palo Alto office) but that transferred me to the Education and Governement Sales Line.
What is it going to take for me to get my money back?
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
