Hello,
I am looking for a way/place to file an official complain, can't seem to find a way. Below are the details of my situation.
I purchased a custom made laptop, when I received it the fan noise was really loud, so when I contacted HP, I was told to send it in for a service order, and they said it would take a while cause i would be using Ground delivery, and if I wanted it quicker I would have to extend my warranty for express delivery. Since I was in an urgent need of a laptop, I extended it, and was guaranteed I would get it back before the year ended. However, the packing materials was sent to me by ground, and now I am expected to receive it on the 7th, which it way over due.
I am generally frustrated with the whole situation. I was left with no choice but to to extend my warranty, paid more, to get express delivery, to get my laptop on time, which I did not get. And the service is really bad, they are like oh don't worry your will get it soon whenever i contacted them, but I'm didn't and am not. I mean the chat people were really nice, and I knew they had to follow protocols, feet like it was virtual system, which was frustrating but had no choice to use the chat cause when I call HP, I get put on hold for what feels like forever and sometimes get hung up on at times. And when I purchased the laptop, I made my intention clear that I needed the laptop before semester started, even paid extra $20 for 2-day delivery. And why do I have to use my warranty to repair a brand new laptop? I really do not understand. I wasted my money, time, and energy dealing with this situation, very very frustrating.
And I cannot find a place/way to file an official complain, so if someone can help me with that I would really appreciate it! Thank you!
