I called last night and got hung up on as I was transferd to our corp sales rep. I called today and got to the corporate sales rep T.J. and got hung up on as I was waiting for the technical sales engineer. I just want a quote on "QTY- 2 "HP / Oracle RAC in a box" solutions. (Nice 2008 white paper by the way) but your corporate sales channel (or customer service/communcation system) seems to be broken.
Dell is working it and IBM and SUN are happy to build out a quote but comming from the days of being a Compaq distributor I have alway been partial to HP. What a painful bias to have these days.
Finally got through, apparently call conference education is needed on HP PBX/Voip system . Expectations mid to low after talking with Sale Eng. Very odd conversation, Not sure if he was too busy or if he was irritated with sales rep.
