A few RFI's....

 

Where is the option to mark the posts in a sub-section as "Read"?  Or for that matter, the whole Forum?

 

Could you add back the former "Message Listing" link (now called 'All Forum Subjects?') back to the bottom of threads?  It's a pain to have to scroll back to the top of long threads to return to the listing...  

 

How about some column headings over the numbers for "Total Posts" and "New Posts" in a thread?  Two bare numbers with no indication of function seems a bit obtuse.

 

I see many HP CSR's now reply via PM?!?   How does this help the entire Community of users by keeping a solution private?  😕
