Product: HP EliteBook 8570w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I accidentally posted my 6 questions in English language to the German HP support forum. I would like to correct this mistake by moving them to the English forum. How can I do this?

 

I also made the mistake of placing 5 questions as an answer to my first question. I would like to separate those posts as separate questions. How can I do this?

 

As a first solution I reposted my posts in the German forum in the English forum. Initially they DID appeared but now it seems they are deleted. I assume this is of double posting. However I did noc receive any message from the HP forum on this so am a bit confused. Would have also been better to delete the english phrased double post from the German forum (where it does not belong) than from the English forum (where it does belong).

 

Any help on this would be appreciated.

I have posted in 2 different languages before and never had a problem???

Just a side note I lived in Wittlich for 2 years.

 

Nur eine Seitennote habe ich seit 2 Jahren in Wittlich gelebt.

I guess the difference is, that you posted English in the English Forum and German in the German forum. Therefore the posts are not obviously equal and therefore not deleted. For me the situation is different, because I copied and pasted the English written post from the German forum to the English forum.

Please post any questions you have in English or German.

 

If you do it in just German the MOD's will direct you to the German forum.

 

But they will not delete your post.

Wenn du es in deutscher Sprache machst, leitet das MOD's das deutsche Forum.
