hp envy 13" laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

I have owned my laptop for just over a year. I have started experiencing a click when I open up the laptop. I realized upon investigating that the casing under the keyboard is being pulled apart every time I open the laptop. The screen is actually loose too. The laptop has not been dropped. Please help. I am actually nervous closing the laptop for fear I am going to cause damage.

Hi @Van94,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!

I do not have a little blue envelope next to my name. I tried to reach out to support but I keep getting put back to a virtual agent. It is not helpful at all. It doesn't show my computer or any other way to connect with someone. PLease help. My computer is not old enough to have issues all ready. My warranty has been expired for under two months. I would like help with it and the ability to speak with someone who can actually help instead of a virtual agent. Thank you.

As I mentioned, there is no option to send you a private message in IE or Chrome on my screen. Can you send me a private message and I will respond. Thank you for your help.
