Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. Last December, I extended my warranty, and have received emails saying that it is on its way, then one asking me how my new "Product" experience is. However, I have not received the warranty, it doesn't appear in my HP Support Assistant program, and I am starting to wonder what is going on. I paid for a warranty, I need a warranty. Can someone please help?
