Does anyone know how long it takes the repair centers to get parts in to repair the devices sent in?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Hello @CWayne12134,
It really depends. I've once had to wait an additional 3 weeks due to part shortages but your situation may be different.
I did previously receive an automatic notification regarding a delay due to parts through email so you may receive one too depending on the service type and location.
If you have a case manager assigned to you, you could call him/her to inquire about any delays or you could call tech support and provide them with your repair case ID.
Hope your repair goes smoothly.
Best regards,
Eddy
