Hp deskjet Gt5810 printer service issue

hello ,

the service responce for hp gt5810 is totally retarded.The service centre techs are totally untrained.i bought the printer just a month ago and within 20 prints it had somthing wrong and didn't print well.i logged a complain the service tech acknowledged me with a printer head issue.. it took exactly 29 days for the availablity of the head.after installing the new head the service tech didn't even allign and prime the cartridge.i did it myself.i thought it was a success'but it was all the same.

if hp's service is truly famous then i would be waiting for a support.
