Hello, so my in laws hp envy 4520 printer is displaying 'out of paper' when it isn't out of paper. I tried reseting everything, cleaning the wheels, pretty much everything on hp's list of suggestions. Still not working. It has paper but won't grab it. The wheels just spin and nothing grabs the paper... I'm stuck don't know what to do. Help me.

Hi @Bradharv0258,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are getting 'out of paper' error on your HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer when it isn't out of paper.

This issue could occur if the paper feed rollers are not clean or the printer is not kept on a flat surface.

Let's go through a few steps that may help to fix this issue.

And here are a few steps for you in the link: Out of Paper Error

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.
