 dear friends,

never ever forever in your entire life buy an Hp product.

I bought  hp pavillion dv6 series back from india in september.and i was happy initially with the product but once i came to Uk in october for my masters.

The series of problems started like an snowball effect.

-first there was heating problem ...It heated so well that i did not have to use the heaters in my entire room to get rid of cold...

-then battery problem started ...i had online chat with hp technicians thrice and all they did in common was wasted my precious time in totalling more than 6 hours in 3 days...and they did was battery check ...and finally i was bored of having to chat with technicians ...and in few days i called The Hp contact number and  said that i am having problem regarding battery and Left touchpad button has sprung out on its own...

after Having conversation with them for more than an hour and wasting plenty of money on the charged call they told that i will be reciveing the new battery and hp people will be collecting my laptop for repair.i waited for them to come but no one came till  a week so i gave a call back and all they said was it was their agent mistake...This is what HP is all about,,.,the computer is personal again and you get all the problems with it as the added advantage of buying an hp product...

finally they took my laptop and their representative commited that my laptop will be repaired in 10 working days and will be mailed to me but it has been more than 16 working days and still i have not recieved my laptop.
i called them today and they said those simple words" we are extremely sorry about your grieveance and they have the highest department for complaint is complaint department.  And they say that they will call within a day to solve your complaint but still i have not recieved any call and i am still waiting for an call from Hp from more than 20 days...
