This is my second time dealing with the customer service with HP.

the first time was horrible enough (not to mention that they didnt fix the problem).

this time around the case manager assured me that the problem would be fixed with my notebook.

so being the dummy that i am, i believed him, i sent my notebook out on august 11th

 

my expected return date was suppose to be september 4th,

today is september 4th, and without notice of any change, the expected delivery changed to september 18th, WTF!!!!

 

so i asked why and they said that they dont have the parts in the service center that my notebook was sent to!

in my opinion, thats BS that it took them almost a month to figure out that the parts werent there!

 

im very angry with HP and i will never deal with your company again! Ever!

im going to APPLE!!!!

 

HP congradulations you've lost another customer

 

i went ahead and told them to send me my notebook back, and ill deal with it until i get a new one, but i refuse to be jerked around like this.

 

HP has had 2 strikes and im not going to give them the oppurtunity to get a third!
