Product: Hp latex 560
Operating System: iOS 11 - 11.4.1

I’ve been running the same material for a year now and out of the blue I’m getting substrate jams and I also got a 55:11 ( I believe line sensor) error when I changed the the head  Maintenance  Cartridge.  

 

The prints start to run fine as always then around 60” to 120” of printing the material starts to get wavey on the right side then the head jams in the substrate. 

 

Please help me solve this issue.  Do I need HP to replace any parts? It seem like it’s not adjusting the roll like it use to? help!
