I am not being able to extend my warranty. When I click on upgrade now on site, it stays the same.

My product is HP Laptop14s-cr1005TU which I bought an year ago. I was trying to extend my warranty but could not do the same. On clicking the upgrade now option on HP website, it stays the same. How could I purchase an extended warranty online?
