Joleneevans, Just go to your start button,>go to control panel>user accounts> (in the upper right hand corner) and it will give you an option to delete your password. I use that option all the time. Make sure you read all the options carefully which appear on the left side of page. Hope that helps you. Ragnuts

HP Recommended
As soon as I turn it on, it goes straight to Enter administrator password. Then it said System disable...key : 52966680 ...any ideas...thank you.
